Planning for success! It's cooler here too in Pennsylvania but I love it! Great time to open up the house and much easier to batch cook-bake when it's not so hot and humid!

@ 371to184 -I love the peanut butter ones...somehow the fat in a fat bomb is a masked taste when secreted in peanut butter. I have two PB recipes for bombs both pretty damn good. Warning : I made 5 dz (3 different types) yesterday. I froze all 5 doz. I take out 1 serving on the days I have planned to eat it. If I am having a craving...I hold off and plan for the next days for that serving. I always eat it after a meal as the fatbomb is integrated into my meal digestion. Otherwise....I run the risk of a loved one...finding me asleep beside the empty trays...with grease all over my face. lol ;>)

@Hirseshu1 and ClarityAnn and 371to184 - I think the reason the pre-planning is working for me as it makes me think about what I have on hand. I gather that food to the front of the Fridge . If I change my mind or have a unexpected guest or social situation...i can always come back to the log and change the meal it affects. I am not guessing what I ate...just sometimes correcting what I ate. Besides...if you haven't noticed...I have been a LITTLE obsessed with Keto lately. Thus pre-planning isn't so much a skill with me as it is a riveting repetitive response to finding something that helps me LOOOOOOSE weight! Hopefully I will calm down...but continue to go in the right direction. Just don't want to crash and burn. ;>) Thanks to all.
