Yes, I am a couple of days late for my weigh in and that's not like me. I have to admit that I took a 'blow out' day that stretched into a few blow out days. I went up 3 pounds which I just didn't want to put in my record. I'm 3 days late for weigh in, but I got the 3 pounds off, plus 2 more. I can live with that.
I keep looking at my weight history. I'm now within 8 pounds of where I stopped the last time. That makes me feel good. It makes me feel even better to know I'm nearly 35 pounds down from my all time high.
