Its my second day of dieting, and I've decided that every day that I have the chance to do so, I will be writing an entry. Whether anyone reads it or not, or comments, it comforting to know that at least I have put it down in writing and I have a goal. I was a little upset because I thought my weight was around 230, but it turned out I was 240. I got a scale today, and I was almost glad that I weighed more because it will make the final product weight loss all the better. So, at 240 pounds, going to 170 pounds is a 70 pound goal. I'm starting today, Dec. 14, and I'd like to set the goal to be the end of this school semester, which is around May 14, but I know that these things can sometimes slow down, so I will try to stay realistic.
There's also not a lot of lunch choices by my work, so I'm going to have to bring some healthy frozen lunches to work, which isn't the end of the world. But I did find a great sandwhich at Subway: Ham and Turkey on wheat bread: Calories: 290 Fat: 5 g. Fiber: 5g.
