Intermittent Fast:18/6 I am getting this down. I am really committed today. Hope all are have a peaceful happy summer weekend. I know we can't all be in the same place emotionally just as I know we do no all live under the same roof...but I wish for each of you ...the peace I feel tonight about my path with this Keto way of eating. I maybe fighting with myself with alot of different isssues but I am really at peace with my food issue . Today...at least I think I have the answers for me.
