Bad day today. All the wrong foods! Had to take daughter in law & my precious wee Beth to airport today. They are away to Ireland so Beth can meet her other gran & pop. Gosh I am missing them both already!!
Got a plus to share tho. I walked round to play Bingo tonight & suddenly had the realisation that I felt slimmer. I didn't feel the yukky fat feeling that I have been feeling for months. And I have to say it was a great feeling!!!!
