Today I seem to be around too much food. Made oatmeal cookies for my husband. Made our dinner salads. Made my breakfast and made my lunch. I did some housework and I went to my weight training class. I am tired. I get nervous when I am tired. I have to be on my guard. I am so grateful I could come here and own up to my misgivings. Sometime in the past, I can remember those specific unverbalized thoughts...and then...the self- destructive eating habits that followed. The giving up...the reflection of self...that is not true... like a haunted house mirror. Here, I air those thoughts. I get identification and support from others , who know, who have been there...and those thoughts are dispelled...dissipated. I love this place.
