Just edited photo album of Keto pics -- Found Pic I took of self in Jan 2017. I still have a long way to go but that pic was a real eye opener. As I write this, I am humbled by the self absorption I am exhibiting. Keto keto keto. Hope I can someday get to point where my Keto food is in order...and I write about other things... but today I accept my behavior as ...an element of showing I am caring about what I eat and myself. Today I am..not feeding unconsciously a life un-lived.

OMGoodness, Judy! You need to just give yourself a big old pat on the back and then wrap your arms around yourself for a big hug. What an amazing difference! Hang on to that picture because you will have an "after" picture that'll knock your (and our) socks off!!!!

There is a sort of "after" pic ... I posted last week ...on my 90dayLoCarb challenge... i also think I posted ..."Today I am happy".... pic. last week here on Journal entry. But this one...or rather the idea...that I own up to it....is my real owning responsibility for where my food takes me...if I do not stay conscious and honest regarding food.
