I have tried to IF this week with various success. Sometimes...12/12 Sometimes 14/10. Also...and more sucessful is the pre-log food plans. Each evening I have been inputing meals with H2o amts. I update with any changes as needed. It has freed me. Have a nice weekend everyone. Should be a nice one here in the Northeast!
