Brussel Sprouts are amazing any which way! Frying them gives it this crunchy texture that I miss sometimes when you're low carb.

I love brussels sprouts in a light butter sauce or just boiled. I never thought to fry them. I will have to try them sauteed with mushrooms for a different twist.

@dirtygert68 This def was a heavier meal carb wise. The whole meal is approx 9 net carbs. I splurged on the Brussels Sprouts, that's where most of the carbs are coming from.

I looove these. I cut the base off.. put them in a bowl and roll them in olive oil.. add kosher salt and pop in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes.. even my 14 year old gobbles them up!! You can add any topping you like.. We eat them once a week for snacks.

My 13 year old is the same- Brussels sprouts fanatic- she likes them just steamed and covered in butter & salt. Also obsessed with sautéed curly kale- I can't make it fast enough & there are never any leftovers.
