Just finished reading various posts for the last few days. I meditated and exercised. Logged my food...and wondered how we all do this....it seems to me that none of us get out of this life unscathed. Alas, we fatsecret members know that in the past we instinctive treated our wounds with food. So we know we are at our most vulnerable when in trouble or stressed. And, more importantly, that food doesn't heal that current wounds. So staying the mark, logging and journaling and sharing with others is our real solution. Whatever food plan, ( I Keto) we must stay the course. Change the way we face food. Keep calm; Keto on. I hope the best for you all.
