I'm so amazed at how dieting and exercise work,and the water must be pretty important... I'm thinking those 3 slices of pizza are really going to set me back... and I lose a little over a pound go figure. Don't think I'm going to Gym today its Sunday Optional Day for me :) Still struggling with making myself eat dinner its usually to late to eat anything.
