Have been reading a lot of posts regarding water. I guess I just take it for granted that I drink a lot of water without considering how that came to be. That being said, I have to admit I've come a long way from a lot of bad bad habits. I was at one time a "chain smoker". I quit smoking some years ago...and water became the replacement prop for a smoke...so the obsession of holding and inhaling became a glass and a sip. Needless to say...I never dropped the prop. It is kind of weird how I cannot leave the house without a bottle of h20 just as I couldn't leave the house without my pack of cigarettes... I guess I just transferred the whole from a negative to a positive. One of my truisms today about water is this:
There is no such thing as bad water (except dirty water).
Cold, hot, warm, room temp, lemon infused, iced, -- all good . Somehow , I drink it all kinda ways...if I get fussy about temp...or container....I risk losing the opportunity. I am every mindful today...that we are blessed and there are those, even today, who...die for lack of water. Keto on!
