Am tired today. Really didn't sleep enough as it is in the 90's and humid here in NE. Good to have a real reason why i
am uncomfortable that has nothing to do with overeating . There are a lot of things that might cause me to act mindlessly and eat. But not today. Today I can enjoy the holiday. I do not need another day. I realize I cannot change the past days. I can be proud that I am eating Keto today despite the past and unafraid of the future. Happy 4th of July everyone here. Thanks for being here.
