My Son brought his new girl over today. We are going out to dinner and a movie....I wish to the Esplanade by the Charles for the POPS concert...but I am just glad they came by to spend some part of the holiday with us..

Is Esplanade a concert hall?

The Charles River Esplanade of Boston, Massachusetts, is a state-owned park situated in the Back Bay area of the city, on the south bank of the Charles River Basin. If you google it you can see the Hatch Memorial 1/2 Shell that faces a lawn where folks picnic. During concerts there, sail boats pull up along the Charles river to listen. At the height of the summer season...that part of Boston become enchanting. Although, I like for a fall or winter walk as well.

YOU live in my home town! I used to go to the concerts there and am a classically trained musician at New England Conservatory of Music. I lived on Marlborough Street for years. Still miss it!
