Mistybenner's Logboek, 11 mei 17

Finally looked in the mirror and said not too shabby. I'm at a comfortable silhouette. Now, tomorrow is my last day of dinner only, just in time. Next week I'll start my 30min workouts and eat ore and post then a dinner. 💥goals!

Note to self: do not use the salt shaker. Thanks April but sadly I did put on 20lbs in a year. But, I'll lose it again. :-)
