well another mile stone i have now lost 50 pounds, and have 25 to go so i am 2/3's of the way there it is much slower but so much easier this time now i know that there will come a time when i enter my bmi and it will NOT tell me i am over weight or obese or grosly obese so i will just keep plugging along lol just not a problem for now, thank God!!!
