Jill-gill's Logboek, 01 feb 10

Well I am starting to track properly today as I have been feeling not great for the past few days. Tired , dizzy and a headache. AM just about to have my third large glass of water. My journal starts today. I am on day 12 of induction and weight loss so far is 11 lbs.

The tired/headache should start going away now. Something that will help, especially with the dizziness is drinking full-sodium chicken broth. Atkins acts as a diuretic, so you are probably pretty depleted on sodium and other minerals. Also, don't forget to take supplements.
