A further 2 lbs off again the week 😀😀😀 I now weigh the same as the day I married in 1973!!!!
I have just completed 2 weeks of the new version of the 5:2 diet (calories restricted to 800 on 2 days a week only) and found it really easy to stick to. It's been a bit of an experiment for me as I was looking for my maintenance plan, and also to create a bit of a "buffer" for days away/holidays.
This coming week will be testing, we are away for 4 nights, so 4 x cooked breakfasts, 2 x 3 course evening meals, and 2 bar snacks! Really looking forward to our break in the Cotswolds! 😎😎😎
