I am looking for diet friends to help me through this battle I have been fighting for years. I recently ran into a neighbor that has lost 40lbs and she looks great but she accomplished this great feat using appetite suppressants. We all know what happens when you take the easy road, as it becomes an uphill and downhill battle (like a roller coaster). Although I know it is not the right thing to do I have been entertaining the idea. I am looking for someone to bring me back to reality.

Weight Watchers is a life style that has wonderful suggestions for how to eat really good food without depriving yourself...take the time to learn it...and join us it is awesome and IT WORKS! There is no quick fix or magic pill that works...believe me I have tried them all...Weight Watchers is the way to go... go girl and get back to the real world!(you said you wanted someone to bring you back to reality..hehe) I am with you all the way! Go girl!

I know exactly how you feel. I even went to the doctor but decided not to ask for the pills. I'm so glad because this way can bring pride in myself. Not to mention the side effects of pills. Like so many journal entries say, it's a lifestyle change. Now, I'm here and at other sites, just looking for motivation. And it's working!! As Nike says, Just Do It!

I love WW. I didn't think that I would really stick to it, but I am in week #20, almost week 21. I feel so much better and I am starting to like the way that I look again.
