Ok, so after doing some research I have realized I am not eating enough. Which sounds weird because I feel like I am never hungry and am eating a sufficient amount of food. However, my BMR (Basal Metabloic Rate) is 27xx calories a day, which I have been doing about 1500-1600 a day in food intake. I have decided that I need to come within 100 calories of 2000 (either + or - 100) to give my body enough food to fully function properly. This is beginning to make some sense as I am seeing a 1000-1500 calorie deficit between food intake and daily exercise but am not seeing a 1.5-2 lb drop per week. Time to change things up a bit. I love food so this shouldn't be a problem for me. Well maybe, because I have gotten used to what I eat and when I eat it.
