Today I start this thing again. Health is sort of playing along, for now. I have been going to gym now for about a month and it's still a slow process. I can't do everything I used to do, due to a swollen stomach but I'm getting there. Just trying to ignore the pain for the most part. At least until it becomes unbearable.
98 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17 kg.    Nog te gaan: 18 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
