It is hard! I just dropped from 1700 to 1300 and it's been TOUGH. I've been going frequently. LOTS of fruits and veggies seem to be the key. Hang in there!!

that is a huge drop...i would not make that at all. i am trying to add more fruits & veggies but i just seem to forget them.
