Yahoo!! I did it! In 12 days I lost almost 2 inches to my waist, bust and hips. I also lost an inch in my arms. But my thighs did not budge. Those bad boys are meaty and were always big! Not sure if they will ever budge. But how exciting! I'm going to go the gym today to do a simple yoga class. Nothing strenuous because today is my day off. But tomorrow, back to 12 days of working out! :) How exciting!
