Day 12! Yahoo!! I've not completed it yet but I'm about to go to Power Yoga in 20 minutes. This is awesome! I feel great and love my journey thus far. I'm not picking on myself and this is huge. I had 2 pieces of pizza last night and I knew I was going to...so I planned my day accordingly. Did I scream when I plugged them into my food intake? Heck no. I did cringe at the sight of seeing how many calories and carbs are in a 1/3 of a pizza. YIKES! But nonetheless...I enjoyed it! I've done good all week that those pizzas did not throw me off at all! This is what I seem to be doing and having control of...my choices! :)
