Day 11! Gosh I'm almost there! So excited to be completing my first goal of the new year! I've never felt so in tune to myself like I have today at this moment. I've been super lucky to be a rather in shape person. I got down to my smallest I've ever been at age 26. I joined the gym but it wasn't to lose weight. I really did it to be active. But I did lose weight. Not on purpose. I was also working as a server; this means constant moving on my feet for 8 hrs a night. This helped too. So what has changed? The fact that now I'm a mom. I stayed home with my boys for 5 years; they are both in school now. I become inactive. I mean I clean and take care of the house, go grocery shopping, go for a run here, do yoga there, exercise here, etc. But not really moving and not consistently. Honestly this is the first time I became inactive for a long period of time. I had to in my mind. I had to take care of my babies. But this is the first time in my life I really set a goal and succeeded!!!! My own. Not anyone else. No one else prompted me to do this, I did not read it anywhere. I just did it! I looked at the calendar and noticed something...it just hit me. This is HUGE! So I've already planned my next mini goal! Its the same 12 days on and one day off. If I do continue this, my main goal of getting into that size 10 or my size 12's very loose will be March 14! :) This is exactly 90 days from my start. So I'm planning to continue this in 3 cycles. Almost done with cycle 1! I'm so proud of myself! :)
