Not feeling the best today my tummy is churning like a scary tornado is inside it

Maybe its the cake I ate on account of my friends 21st?

I sure as heck hope it doesn't come back to haunt me

No change on the scales today, feeling a tad disappointed, but pretty much need to get over myself

Traveling half way to uni in 2 days
Maybe that's the case?

Will have to work extra hard this week and keep everything in check as I won't be able to go the the gym till I get back to uni

I'll also have to get a set of scales, I don't have any at my flat and I'll definitely be needed them

Hi Heiress: Use your scale as your guide while keeping in mind that you are the captain here. No need to become disappointed or elated by weigh-ins. Just practice at doing your diet well and things will fall in line behind you. Insofar as the scale is concerned, I can recommend the Omron HBF-400 from Amazon.com (as usual no shipping or tax) because it gives you the same weight nine out of ten times you step on it. I'm not sure if all of the others do that these days though. Keep up the good work!

Maybe your scales aren't registering right because of your magnetic personality? LOL!But keep up the great work,it'll all show in the end! Hope you have a safe trip!

Information- Thanks for the tip on the scale brand, I shall definitely take that in to consideration and check them out and about weigh-ins? I can't help but be excited or disappointed, it keeps me in check about my exercise levels and my diet =] Stehanie- Maybe I should get my magnetic levels checked out, spent too much time in the Physics department and probably have some strange attachments... Thanks I will
