I only lost .5 lb this week. I guess better than a gain! I'm kid of bummed out for I thought I lost more. Next week my concentration will be on getting at least 4 days of exercise in for that is a metabolism booster for me.

U can do it!! Stay focused remember your water, and it is a journey, so baby steps! It will take time but it will happen. I am expecting to hit that lul by next week then I am gonna have to step it up a notch too...

.5 pounds is still great! We all hit a lull sometimes. As long as you keep losing, you're going the right way :) I like to remind myself that studies show the slower you lose weight the more likely you are to keep it off.
