Did very well yesterday on my first day back on phase 1. I dreaded doin those old Tae bo tapes again, but I felt so good afterwards! My little 4 year old was right there with me kicking and punching up a storm in her gymnastics suit! It's always fun with a partner... even if they are 3 feet tall!
