Yesterday the weirdest thing happened. I went to Tim Hortons to buy a half coffee, half hot chocolate and a cookie, and the Tim Hortons staff that served me said she hadn't seen me in a while and I looked like I had lost weight. It was kinda neat. I haven't really had anyone except co-workers and family/friends comment, so having someone I barely know comment is pretty cool.
I've definitely recommitted to losing weight. I checked and my average deficit for the last 7 days is 918 calories, so that's almost 2 pounds for the week. I know I won't see the two pounds on the scale tomorrow, because my body seems to take a while to lose the weight, but I know it will!
And I don't know if I ever really said on here, but I'm off my medication for my pseudotumor cerebri (essentially too much fluid on my brain, which mimics the effects of a tumor). I've had it for 11 years, and they finally decided to try to take me off the meds. I know that losing 80 pounds helped, since one of the ways it says to get rid of it is to lose weight. I'm just lucky it went away without me having to get down to 150 pounds!
Anyways... off to finish my chocolate flavoured coffee (no calories but mmmm) and then start my day!
