So today I did 30 min of cardio, and 50 sit ups. Almost finished a gallon of water. I ate breakfast late; I had a banana, then oatmeal about an hour after. Going to make some popcorn and watch an episode of Dance Moms that I missed. Then enjoy a nice cup of Rooibos tea, and then maybe I'll do some sit ups lol. Today was a good day.
