wow...77 messages...day 6 of the 1st week of challenge. apparently i need to log in more often and pay attention. i did join a real gym yesterday instead of working out at work (which never works out the way i planned) and I'm in school 4 nights a week so planning the evenings is always a yes for me...the breakfast planning is yes from now till the end of challenge. grocery shopping complete...food and food prep good for the next 5 days. thanks for the support (and 1st week forgiveness) Namaste
