Wonderful 3 course meal out last night with hubby, sis-in-law and her hubby. About 250 cals over RDI for the day, but well worth it!! :)


Today I am attempting some damage limitation!!!

That's pretty good for a meal out! I think my calories go far over 250 when we go out. Glad you had a wonderful time 🙂

That's a good bit of damage limitation already - only +250! It's all about the mindset, isn't it?

Correction - more like +300 cals - forgot about the chocolate after dinner mint!!

Quite happy with today's "damage limitation" but I was extremely hungry by 5.30!!
