Okay, so I'm back.
I've been fighting with the 250s for way too long. I don't know why MFP isn't working... perhaps because it says I'm successful as long as I workout, I get extra calories. While that's motivation, it gives me permission to eat more as long as I exercise, which essentially has been giving me permission to eat too much. Of course, the holidays haven't helped, but logging on this site is what worked for me and I am silly to not come back to it.
So I've set my goal at losing 1 pound per week. It will take me over a year to get to my goal, but that's okay, it's achievable.
I am not starting tomorrow, I am starting TODAY!
