8 week challenge over!!!!! Really proud of myself for working out at least 4 times a week every week for 8 weeks.
Didn't lose as much weight as I'd hoped but, (and I need to make sure I remember this) I did lose weight (especially around my waist).
I'm also so much stronger and fitter now. I'm also really happy that I kept my promise to myself and no matter I busy or tired I got I made it through.
