I just went shopping & bought myself some 100 calorie snacks. My biggest mistake on eating is stuffing my face with high calorie snacks after a good day of eating. If I have low cal or healthy snacks I am more likely to grab that instead of a bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce. I also bought myself baked chips instead of normal chips. I'm on my way to making a lifestyle change.

Nice job! Thos 100 cal snacks can be a great way to derail the MAJOR MUNCHIES! And I really like baked chips a lot. I actually think they taste better, but maybe I'm just used to them :)
