Well, I've been to two 90 min yoga classes this week, and done some major garden and shed clean up, so I've been pretty active, and I'm feeling it in my back and shoulders. I hope that shows up in my weight over the next few days. I've been stuck for a few days, in spite of doing reasonably well on my keto / beast mode. It's tricky to stay in ketosis and yet still have enough fiber to keep the GI tract functional! I added some goat cheese this morning, because I knew I needed some energy in the garden for heavy hauling. Onward and downward, my beasty buddies!
