Well I don't think I'll get workout in today. At the salon now for 2hrs now. I had a mishap with some hair dye last night. lol. Boy am I paying for it today. Anyway I am fasting so I guess might as well be here. Game 7 tonight so may have to improvise on workout later idk. I just hope I still have hair on my head after this is all over w. 🙄

Did you get your hair fixed?
I worked out a little yesterday as I was so sore from doing all the stairs at work for 2 days! Elevator down!
My back is still sore but not as bad.
I keep waking up in the night with a cough which led into being sick fianlly last night! Phlum mainly but I hate throwing up! May have to contact dr on a eariler visit. Have one for the 14th.
Weight is going ok. Not losing as much as I would like but have taken up dancing on friday and Saturday nights so hoping this helps.
Can't wait to see ya Thanksgiving!!
