Thanks bb now I just try to wait 16 hrs from my last meal. Sometimes it 17 or 18 ;-) the last two weeks I've been water fasting on Wednesday's. I went wild for two weeks and it went right to my belly. It's going to take me a month to fix it but that's ok I'm on it like blue bonnet ;-P

Thanks Warren. As far as the World Series we r just glad they made it and both teams deserve a win IMO. Dh is just happy to be watching baseball in October. Now November;-)
