Ah, me. I gained two pounds in a little over a week, when I intended to lose 2lbs in that time. Diet is always the big challenge. I've been going to the gym fairly consistently but my cardio has slacked off. And stress eating remains a challenge. You just can't out train a bad diet - or more accurately "Too large of a diet" :-)
So I begin again. I have a larger goal of 58lbs lost. But short term, 10lbs by Thanksgiving.
