27th day on atkins.Positive things I did today-1.Followed diet.2.Drunk water.3.Studied quite good.4.Finally bought dumbells.Excited to start exercise tomorrow.Not much just half an hour.5.Stayed positive and calm all day.Kept my promise to myself to stay passive in everything other than my health and career.So in conclusion today was a good and positive day.Tomorrow will be better,better and better.Better than today.
