Mistybenner's Logboek, 11 okt 16

Having bad week and giving in to monthly "depression". Ugh. I have managed to stay away from the gross cookies. My brain finally told itself those are nasty do not eat them. So today, no crap cookies but just ate and ate and ate. Been doing that for awhile now dang it without workouts... Here's to tomorrow. I've got to snap out of this funk. But it never fails, oldest goes thru it first, then me, then the youngest. I'm bound and determined to stop the cycle though. Omg I wanted a coconut creme pie so bad but, didn't get one! That's a victory! Now to keep up this positivity for 23 days until vacation... I can do it! I'm going to tell myself no workout, no nothing!!

Stay busy and forget about food. Hanging out inside leads to frig or cupboards, that is what I find. Hang in there and don't overthink it. You will be fine. Good luck with it!

Hang in there and remember the yesterdays are done and over, can't change a thing. But every new day is a chance for a fresh start.

I remember those days. My DH remembers them even more! Poor guy! Don't give in to those carb cravings because the more you eat of them the more you want. They are evil!

Thanks all. I'm grabbing this by the horns and will not be defeated. I shouldn't get in the scale during these weeks so no more of that shoot I've already dropped 2lbs of water so just going to stick with cals in cals out. Good thing is there's no junk in the house to eat!!! I am not going to buy any either. Vaca will motivate me just enough time tondo the dirty thirty for 21 days. good grief I don't want to buy any bigger size clothing bc I quit! Onward and upward..,

I know you take care of your father in law - but can you get outside? Change up the exercise by cycling or walking just to get motivated...log the food for yourself to see what is really going on. I crash in the Fall, too. Something about the weather makes us all crave carbs as we want to hibernate...RUN it off!

Well I didn't go outside to walk but I made sure I ran in place (while watching 20/20) long enough to reach my watch goal. No eating past 7:30 either ;-) going to bed sooooooon. Thanks all for your support! I know I can count on FS!
