When to weigh in?
So my policy is that I only officially weigh in on Sundays. So Sunday morning this week, we're going to be at a hotel.
Today we're going to get a haircut, and then going to my "holiday party" (well, that's how work describes 200 drunk accountants in December). So we're staying overnight at a hotel, and then heading to my hubby's Christmas brunch, which oddly, is very close to the location of my Christmas party the night before. So, long story short, I'm going to be at a hotel.
I just got back from a few days at Blue Mountain, so I'm still working off some water weight, so I am not really happy with the number on the scale today - 260.4 (and BTW it was down to 256.8 before we left for vacation - which was only 2 nights, so it has to be water weight, because I only ate about 1,500 calories more than I burned each day).
Anyways... so when to weigh in? Monday? or just skip this week, and go next week? Well, I'm not sure... I think I'll decide later.
Anyways,off to eat breakfast, and then pack, then the hairdresser! I'll post some pictures on Sunday...
