Hurt my left heel so no more running for a bit
Wed: Trainer bailed...so a bunch of sit ups then trying to run...but clearly not going to happen. Stationary bike for 20 min 11 mph...I see that isn't fast enough!
Sat: Need to burn some calories, so 30 min on stationary bike with 12 lb weigh presses at 13 mph. Feel like I did something at least. Then the obligatory core...of course
Sun: Tried to get to Zumba, but way too crowded for my comfort. so 2 mile walk at 3.5...foot getting sore again, so probably need to stick to bike for while. Lots of core then a 7 min fat burn on eliptical at 6.
