Maria Richards's Logboek, 01 sep 16

Nice day spent walking on Dartmoor, and stopping to drink coffee and eat lunch! Only walked just under 4 miles but it was lovely! :)

I have now altered my target from 140 to 130 lbs, probably a bit optimistic, but you never know! At the moment I am feeling quite motivated and am determined not to give in and "comfort eat" no matter what!
