Worked overtime today, thought I had eaten too much but according to my calorie intake; I'm good. Actually came home and excercised.

Hi Carla, I am wondering if you went to weigh in tonight. I could not stay I had to get my kids to a party...and Drew and I had a date. I lost 3.2 lbs. how did you do?
