Still feeling good on the fat fast, though this is not a diet for physical exertion. l'm losing more than a pound a day. It requires a lot of supplements, and it's ultra boring food wise. But not at all boring at the scale. We'll see what happens at the refeed. I'm aiming for 7 days, then I'll be on vacation with my family, so hoping just to stick to a low carb regime and not fuss too much. Then when I get back from that 4 days, maybe I'll go back to this to drop a few more pounds before my school year begins. Hope you are all well and winning at losing!
