Well, two weeks out with pneumonia. I decided that was enough and went back to work today. After a double class in the garden, I overheated and nearly passed out. Had to beg out of my next class, lie down in the teachers room and leave early! I guess I wasn't really ready to be back! It was dramatic! Now I'm back home on the couch again, where apparently I belong.

It's hard for active people like yourself to stay down. At least now you have an idea what your limits are. Glad you are basically okay.

Start with half days and inside preferably. Your lungs have to heal the cells damaged by the fluid. Been there done that - take it slow. You don't want it to go into ARS!

Take care of yourself. Hard to sit around, but maybe better to take really short walks and build yourself up a little. I'm absolutely no expert, but when you do go back sounds like half days may be a good idea. Sorry you're back on the couch.
