Day 21 of #whole30 complete. Yesterday I ate dinner later than normal, used two gels (sugar) during a 13.1 mile training run and drank a Gatorade (sugar) when I was done because I couldn't find my normal coconut water (without added sugar). Not sure which, probably all, contributed to gain. Either way I'm not concerned my body needed the energy and although I'm supposed to start over because they aren't allowed, I'll be able to keep any sugar cravings at bay.
