back to the grind this morning..broke one of my peddles tuesday morning after a ride...got a box of stuff from my local bike store saturday and new pedels with cleats on em was in the box of things i ordered..put em on saturday evening...and went riding this morning..i could tell the difference in havin cleats in the pedals...was like my shoes being glued to the pedals once i got situated on the bike...
stats for todays ride 20.77miles 17.2 top speed 11.3 ave speed 107 minutes for the ride...i looked back a month ago an had a similar amount of miles an todays ride was 15 minutes faster
total miles for the week...85.86...5days of riding..17 miles average...
on another note have increased calories hoping to start showing loss on the scales...loosing in inches as ive gone down a hole size in my belt..only one hole left an then il have to either buy new belt or add a new hole...
