This is the final result of my two weeks of the Beast Mode: lost 5.4 lbs in two weeks. That feels pretty great! and it wasn't too hard to do. I'm going to continue this WOE, because I've got a long way to go to my ultimate goal - another 63 lbs. I'm exactly half way there; down 62 lbs. from my highest weight. A good mile marker today! Thanks Knuckles for the good challenge! Intermittent Fasting is now an important part of my tool kit!
